Please note that hotel pickup is not included. You will need to arrange your transportation to the Pier at KM. 5 Playa Langosta, the starting point of the Cancun Hotel Zone, where your boat departs for Isla Mujeres. For detailed directions, please refer to the official map.

The Dolphin Encounter experience at Isla Mujeres kicks off at various times throughout the day: 10:30 AM, 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.
Expect the swim to last for a delightful hour.

Your adventure includes a knowledgeable guide who speaks both English and Spanish.
Enjoy a scrumptious buffet lunch and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks during your visit.
Don't forget to pack your swimsuit, comfy attire, sunscreen, and sun protection for a fantastic day out.
Arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your program.
For safety reasons, please note that pregnant women beyond 5 months are unable to participate in any water activities. Those under 5 months pregnant can join with a companion and signed consent.
