Your adventure at Xcaret Eco-Waterpark kicks off promptly at 8:15 AM every day.
Plan for a full day as this tour typically lasts around 14 hours.
Key Information:
Upon arrival, be prepared to present a credit card or leave a $25 USD deposit for snorkeling gear, a towel, and a locker key. You'll get your deposit back upon returning these items.
Remember to use only biodegradable sunscreen labeled as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable. Harmful chemicals like oxybenzone can harm coral reefs. Unsure about your sunscreen? Pick up a reef-safe option at the park for approximately $15 USD.
Food and drinks are not included in the package and should be purchased on-site.
Children taller than 55 inches will be charged as adults, regardless of age.
For safety, avoid diving if you're congested. Consider bringing a decongestant just in case.
