Hold onto their fins as they take you on a thrilling ride through the water. Get to know the dolphins up close and personal during playtime to discover their unique personalities. The highlight of the experience is the exhilarating foot-push where the dolphins propel you through the water using the soles of your feet – a truly remarkable and unforgettable sensation!

What sets the Royal Swim VIP apart is the renowned foot-push, where two dolphins lift you above the water's surface by nudging your feet with their noses.

Highlights:

• Duration: Approximately 15 minutes briefing and 60 minutes in the water.
• Dolphin activities: Foot Push, Dorsal Tow, Hug, Hand Target (dolphin jumps towards your hands), Dancing, Games with balls and toys, Kiss, Free time with the dolphins.
• Small group size of 10 people or fewer.
• Snorkel with Nurse Sharks experience – Approximately 15 minutes.

Child policy for the Royal Swim VIP:

Children aged 1-5 go free. Kindly review the following guidelines:

• Minimum age requirement: 1 year.
• Children aged 1-7 or under 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 2 paying adults. 2 Paying adults per child.
• Children aged 8-9 or over 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult. 1 Paying adult per child.
• Children aged 10 or above or taller than 1.40m can participate independently.
• Children aged 6-7 will have a modified experience. They will enjoy a kiss, a hug, and a handshake with the Dolphins only.

Please note that Hotel pick-up is NOT included. Transportation to the Pier at KM. 5 Playa Langosta (located at the beginning of the Cancun Hotel Zone) is self-arranged. This is the departure point for your boat to Isla Mujeres. For additional details on this route, please click here.

Important Information for Your Trip

Timings:

• The Swim with Dolphins Isla Mujeres - Royal Swim VIP tour begins at various times daily: 10:30 AM, 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.

• The swim duration lasts for 1 hour.

Key Details:

• This experience combines the Dolphin Royal Swim program with a Snorkel with Nurse Sharks, Lunch at the VIP Lounge, and full access to the Beach Club.

• Itinerary and inclusions involving animals are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds cannot be provided for such changes as they are beyond our control.

• Enjoy the services of English and Spanish-speaking guides, along with a domestic open bar and lunch buffet.

• Recommended attire includes swimwear, sun protection, and comfortable clothing. Don't forget towels and some cash for shopping.

• Please use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine life.

• A Dock Fee of $10.00 per person is to be paid locally.

• Photo and video packages of your Dolphin and Nurse Shark interaction are available for purchase separately.

• Indulge in privacy and comfort at our new VIP Lounge, offering a personalized service with an exclusive view of the Caribbean Sea. Relax by the pool, savor premium drinks, and enjoy an international lunch buffet with various delicacies.

Dolphin Royal Swim VIP Package Includes:

• Participate in the Dolphin Royal Swim Program, spending 15 minutes briefing and 60 minutes in the water with 2 dolphins.

• Experience activities like Foot Push, Dorsal Tow, Handshake, Hand Target, Kiss and hug, along with extra time with the Dolphins.

• Round-trip ferry from Cancun to Isla Mujeres.

• Lunch at the VIP Lounge and access to facilities.

• Engage in a snorkeling experience with nurse sharks for approximately 15 minutes. Children aged 8 and above can join but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Dolphin Royal Swim VIP PLUS Package Includes:

• Enjoy the Dolphin Royal Swim Program, including 15 minutes briefing and 60 minutes in the water with 2 dolphins. Activities include Foot Push, Dorsal Tow, Handshake, Hand Target, Kiss and hug, and additional time with the Dolphins.

• Interact with Manatees and Sea Lions.

• Continental breakfast and lunch at the VIP Lounge.

• Access snorkeling with nurse sharks for about 15 minutes. Children aged 8 and above can participate but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Child Policies:

• Children under 7 years or less than 1.20m tall are not permitted.

• Children aged 8-9 years or over 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult per child.

• Children aged 10 and above or taller than 1.40m can participate independently.

Dolphin Swim Companions:

• Includes maritime transportation from Cancun to Isla Mujeres, buffet lunch with a public bar, and access to facilities like lockers, pools, and showers.

• A $10.00 Dock Fee is not included and should be paid locally.

• Companions are not allowed on the platforms during the activity and will not be able to observe the swim.
