Child Policies for Swim with Dolphins Isla Mujeres - Adventure Swim:

Children aged 1-5 years can join for free. Kindly review the following guidelines:

• Minimum age requirement: 1 year.
• Children aged 1-7 or under 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 2 paying adults. Ratio: 2 paying adults per child.
• Children aged 8-9 or over 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult. Ratio: 1 paying adult per child.
• Children aged 10 and above or taller than 1.40m can participate independently.
• Child activities typically involve interactions like kisses, hugs, and handshakes with the dolphins.

IMPORTANT:

• For safety considerations, expectant mothers are advised not to partake in the activity.
• All participants should be in good health and able to follow instructions provided by our dolphin trainers.

Additional Details

• Duration of Dolphin Swim: 15 minutes briefing, followed by 50 minutes in the water.
• When departing from Cancun, your specific time slot will be confirmed upon arrival, especially during peak seasons.
• The dolphin swim takes place at the Isla Mujeres Dolphinarium.

• The Adventure Swim with Dolphins in Isla Mujeres tour departs at 10:30 AM, 12 PM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM daily.

• Duration of the swim is 1 hour.

Key Details:

• The dolphin swim experience takes place at the Isla Mujeres Dolphinarium.

• Enjoy a buffet lunch during the experience.

• For safety, pregnant women should refrain from participating.

Participants must be in good health and able to follow the instructions of our dolphin trainers.

• A $10.00 Dock Fee is not included and must be paid locally.

Meeting Point: Check-in at KM. 5 Playa Langosta, Cancun Hotel Zone.

Companion Ticket for Dolphin Swim includes:

• Round-trip maritime transportation from Cancun to Isla Mujeres (by ship).

• Indulge in a buffet lunch with access to a public bar.

• Utilize facilities like lockers, pools, and showers during your visit.

• This ticket is for companions accompanying participants in the dolphin swims at Isla Mujeres.
