• Access your I amsterdam City Card digitally via our convenient app on your smartphone.
• To start using your City Card, simply download the I amsterdam City Card app and register your card within the app.
• Claim your digital City Card by downloading the official City Card App and registering with your unique CC-code found in your voucher.
• Upon registration, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your I amsterdam City Card, including access to the Canal Cruise, Public Transport, and various attractions.
• Activate your card when you arrive in Amsterdam, ensuring your smartphone is fully charged for uninterrupted use throughout the day. The app allows you to share cards with family or friends and explore the city using a map highlighting key locations.
• Once a card is transferred, it cannot be transferred back.

What is not included in the IAmsterdam Card ticket?

Not included: Excludes transportation to/from Schiphol Airport.

Can I cancel IAmsterdam Card tickets?

No. This ticket is non-refundable once booked, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund and no partial refund is given for unused entry. Check the date and ticket type before paying.
