To begin, download the I amsterdam City Card app and register your card within the app.
To activate your digital City Card, install the official City Card App and register using the unique CC-code provided in your voucher.
Upon registration, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing your I amsterdam City Card: Canal Cruise, Public Transport, and Attractions Entry voucher.
Remember to activate your card when in Amsterdam and ensure your phone is fully charged for all-day access. The app allows card transfers to family or friends and provides city navigation with key locations marked on a map.
Once a card is transferred, it cannot be transferred again.

The I amsterdam Store is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
