Upon online purchase, download the user-friendly Go City app on your mobile device.
Follow the clear instructions provided in your confirmation email to synchronize your pass with the app.
While most attractions do not require reservations, keep an eye out for the "reservations required" indicator on the Go City app. Tap on the attraction for booking details.
Your pass activates once you visit your first attraction, where it will be scanned for entry.
Pass Details:
Activated Pass: Choose from 1/2/3/5 consecutive days upon booking for immediate use.
Each day concludes at midnight, regardless of the starting time. For instance, starting a 3-day pass at 4 pm on Monday extends the validity until 11:59 pm on Wednesday.
Non-activated Pass: Valid for 1 year from the purchase date for future use.
Your e-voucher will be sent to your email immediately upon booking.
Remember to present the e-voucher and a valid photo ID at each ticket pickup location.
To start, download the Go City app and add your pass using the order confirmation number. Your pass will be available on the app, ready for use when you arrive at your first sightseeing spot.
If you prefer a physical pass, you can print it at home using the link provided in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can display the pass on your phone for entry.
