Arrive at the Hawaii Glass Bottom Boats dock in Waikiki and check in by the main entrance. Validate your tickets swiftly, then board the Haleiwa Queen for a warm welcome and briefing by the crew before setting off.

Enjoy a scenic cruise along Oahu’s South Shore, where you'll marvel at Hawaii’s underwater wonders through the glass-bottom windows. If you're there between November and May, keep an eye out for the majestic humpback whales on their migratory journey through Hawaiian waters.

Essentials to Pack

• If you tend to experience motion sickness, remember to take your preferred seasickness remedy approximately two hours prior to boarding the cruise.

Prohibited Items

• Motorized wheelchairs and scooters are not permitted on the cruise.

• Kindly refrain from bringing large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage on board.

• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited during the cruise.

• Alcohol and illicit substances are also not allowed on the boat.

Accessibility Notes

• If you require a collapsible wheelchair or walker, feel free to bring one along.

• Please note that the boat's ramp may not be fully wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to navigate steps up and down the ramp to board the boat.

Additional Details

• Whale sightings are seasonal, with the best chances between November and May.

• Transportation to the harbor is not provided, so be sure to arrange your own transportation and arrive at least 15 minutes early.

• Children aged 2 and under can join the cruise for free when accompanied by a parent.

• The tour requires a minimum of 10 guests to proceed. If this number is not met, you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
