Motorized wheelchairs and scooters are not allowed onboard.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted.
No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is permitted during the cruise.
Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Collapsible wheelchairs or walkers are permitted onboard if required.
Please note that the boarding ramp is not fully wheelchair accessible.
Guests must be able to navigate the ramp, walk across it, and step down into the boat independently before being seated.
Transportation to and from the harbor is not included, so you will need to arrange your own travel.
Ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Infants aged 2 and under can accompany a parent on the cruise at no additional cost.
Whale sightings are seasonal, with the best chances from November to May.
Minimum of 10 guests is required for the tour to proceed. In case the minimum is not met, you may opt for a reschedule or receive a full refund.
