• Guests may bring collapsible wheelchairs or walkers if needed.

• Please note that the ramp may not be fully wheelchair accessible.

• Guests must be able to navigate the ramp by stepping up, walking across, and stepping down into the boat for seating.

• Transportation to the dock is not provided, so plan your route in advance.

• Arrive at the harbor at least 15 minutes early to ensure a timely boarding process.

• Children aged 2 and under can join for free with a parent, making it a family-friendly experience.

• For whale watching enthusiasts, the best time to spot them is between November and May.

• A minimum of 10 guests is required for the cruise to depart. In case of low bookings, you will have the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
