After a quick check‑in and safety chat, you’ll step into a wide, stable gondola (no cramped basket). The lift is slow enough that even nervous riders find it comfortable. From the top, the Palm’s fronds stretch out beneath you, and beyond that, you’ll see the Gulf meet the skyline. The whole process—from arriving to walking away with your photos—takes about 30 minutes.

Know Before You Go

• Arrival about 15 minutes early for ticket scanning and storage of loose items.
• Weather can pause rides. If that happens, your ticket stays valid for a later date (usually up to six months).
• No food, drinks, or bulky bags onboard.
