What to expect

After arriving at the Burj Khalifa entrance through Dubai Mall, you’ll go through a short security check before stepping into the high-speed elevator. The ride is thrilling as you zoom past hundreds of floors in just about a minute. On Level 124, the first observation deck, you can explore large indoor viewing areas with floor-to-ceiling windows and powerful telescopes to see the city in detail. 

From there, you move up slightly to Level 125. This deck offers an even more open feel, with plenty of space to walk around and a terrace where you can enjoy fresh air while taking in the panoramic views. Visitors often spend around 45 minutes in total, capturing photos, pointing out landmarks, and soaking in the thrill of standing on one of the tallest buildings in the world.
