Take a swift glass elevator to more than 200 m up, and suddenly Downtown Dubai spreads out beneath you—Burj Khalifa dominates the view, traffic swirls below, and the city seems small. You step onto a 25 m glass platform—cool breeze, vertigo options included. The real kicker is the Glass Slide: 12 m of clear tube perched on the building’s edge—one ride, total thrill, and worth the small fee.

Unlike cramped towers, this spot feels airy and relaxed. People snap photos, linger over the view, or brave the slide and step back for the same panorama. It’s a quick experience (roughly 35–45 minutes), but one you’ll remember.

Know before you go

• Glass Slide rules: Age 12–65, height 120–200 cm, weight 30–150 kg. No sandals or loose clothing.
• Glass Slide may close in bad weather. The Observatory stays open if safe.
• Store bags/strollers at lobby lockers—only small items allowed upstairs.
• Children under 3 enter free; those 3+ need paid tickets. Slide needs signed parental consent if under 18.
• Shoes must be closed-toe; no flip-flops or high heels.
