For your safety, individuals with chronic health conditions, recent surgeries, pregnant women, and those with chronic back or heart conditions are advised against using the waterslides.
At Waterbom, only Splash Bands are accepted as payment. You'll receive a Splash Band upon entry and can add credits at the Top-Up Counter near the entrance.
Children under 6 years old must be supervised by an adult during the visit.
Areas categorized by zones: Yellow Zone - Pecatu, Uluwatu, Dalung, Ubud, Munggu, Abiansemal, Kediri, Gianyar. Green Zone - Nusa Dua, Petitenget, Sanur, Seminyak, Tanjung Benoa. Blue Zone - Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Kedonganan, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Tuban.
Complimentary waiting time for the driver is 4 hours. Beyond that, a fee of IDR 50,000 per hour applies and is payable directly to the driver.
Your ticket voucher will be sent to your email immediately upon booking.
Simply present the voucher on your phone along with a valid photo ID at the designated redemption spot.
