Kindly note that food and beverages are not permitted during this experience. Pack accordingly!
Due to venue regulations, pets are not allowed to join this experience.
While using the waterslides, please refrain from wearing jewelry, t-shirts with metal decorations, cut-off jeans, and glasses.

If you require special accommodations due to a disability, our guest relations officers will be available upon your arrival to assist you.
For your safety, individuals with chronic health conditions, recent surgeries, pregnant women, and those with chronic back or heart conditions are advised against using the waterslides.

Additional Tips

At Waterbom, only Splash Bands are accepted as payment. You'll receive a Splash Band upon entry and can add credits at the Top-Up Counter near the entrance.
Children under 6 years old must be supervised by an adult during the visit.
Areas categorized by zones: Yellow Zone - Pecatu, Uluwatu, Dalung, Ubud, Munggu, Abiansemal, Kediri, Gianyar. Green Zone - Nusa Dua, Petitenget, Sanur, Seminyak, Tanjung Benoa. Blue Zone - Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Kedonganan, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Tuban.
Complimentary waiting time for the driver is 4 hours. Beyond that, a fee of IDR 50,000 per hour applies and is payable directly to the driver.

Applies to hotels in Yellow Zone Area such as Pecatu, Uluwatu, Ubud, and more; Green Zone Area including Nusa Dua, Sanur, and others; and Blue Zone Area covering Legian, Kuta, Denpasar, and beyond.
Arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before your tour departure time.
If your hotel lacks a lobby, meet at the hotel's entrance.
