Kindly note that outside food and drinks are not permitted during this adventure. Pack accordingly!
As per venue regulations, pets are not allowed to accompany you on this journey.
There is a strict dress code in place: avoid swimsuits or shorts with metal embellishments, loose attire, any form of jewelry, cutoff jeans, and glasses when using the water slides.
Photography enthusiasts, be aware that professional cameras and drones are prohibited within the venue.

Facilities available on-site include parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and shower facilities for your convenience.
Children below 11 years old must be supervised by an adult throughout the visit.
For the Funtastic area, children under 6 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
When it comes to payments, only Splash Bands are accepted at Waterbom. You will be provided with a Splash Band upon entry, which can be topped up with credits at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.
Strict height and weight restrictions are enforced on the slides to ensure guest safety aligning with International Standards.
