Ticket delivery and entry

• Your ticket voucher will be sent to your email shortly for your convenience.
• Don't forget to bring your passport, printed KORAIL Pass, and seat reservation confirmation when boarding for ticket verification.
• To select your preferred seat, simply visit this link and enter your 16-digit reservation number on the KORAIL website.
• If you haven't pre-booked your seat, head to the Travel Centre (not the ticket booth) at the KTX Station on the day of travel with your KR PASS and passport to make your reservation.
• Remember to have your KR PASS available either digitally on your mobile device or in printed form, along with your seat reservation tickets.

What is not included in the KORAIL Saver ticket?

Not included: No transportation included besides SRT, Standard room booking only and No insurance coverage provided.

Can I cancel KORAIL Saver tickets?

No. This ticket is non-refundable once booked, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund and no partial refund is given for unused entry. Check the date and ticket type before paying.

Do I need to print KORAIL Saver tickets?

No. This is a mobile ticket, so the confirmation on your phone is accepted at entry. No printing and no voucher exchange is required unless the confirmation says otherwise.
