Ticket delivery and entry

• Your voucher will be sent to your email shortly.
• Remember to have your passport, printed KORAIL Pass, and printed seat reservation confirmation with you for ticket inspection.
• To select your preferred seat, visit this link on the KORAIL website and enter your 16-digit reservation number.
• If you haven't reserved your seat in advance, you can do so at the Travel Centre (not the ticket booth) at the KTX Station. Just bring your KR PASS and passport for the reservation.
• Make sure to have your KR PASS either on your mobile device or in printed form along with your seat reservation tickets.
