The Snow Plus Pass allows you to choose from two exciting activities: 2 hours on the slope (note: skiers and snowboarders must have an intermediate level 2 skill to access the slope) OR 2 rides on the Snow Bullet (zipline). Opt for the Snow Premium Pass, and you can select either a full-day slope pass OR a 1-hour ski and snowboard lesson tailored for beginners, led by expert instructors.

What's Not Allowed

• For safety reasons, entry to Ski Dubai is restricted for children under the age of 2.

• Photography with phones and cameras is prohibited in the penguin encounter area.

Accessibility

• The Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not advisable for senior citizens, pregnant women, or individuals with back and neck issues.

• Only skiers and snowboarders at Intermediate Level 2 and above are permitted on the slopes.

Additional Information

• To participate in slope sessions, skiers and snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2; otherwise, slope access will be denied.

• Included winter gear: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

• Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times.

• Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.

• Caps are not part of the provided winter attire, so please bring your own if you are sensitive to cold weather.
