Know before you go

Guests must wear covered shoes to Back-of-house area, including Aquarist Lab.
Bring along your towel and swim suit to participate in the Dolphin Island activities.

Handphones, wallets, jewelry, and other accessories are not allowed on Dolphin Island.
Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island. Pack wisely!
Keep your camera tucked away – photography and videography are strictly not allowed in the back-of-house areas.

Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair.
Lifts are available at Ocean Dome along the back of the Ocean Gallery for easy access.
The back-of-house area is not accessible by wheelchair, crutches, and pram/strollers.

The S.E.A Aquarium will be closed on September 3, 2024 and on every Tuesday and Wednesday from September 9 to November 20, 2024.
The S.E.A. Aquarium will close earlier than usual on Sep 9, 2024, at 2pm due to a private event.
The Genshin Impact bundle will be available from September 12 to October 28, 2024.

Please note that entry to Typhoon Theatre is not included and can only be purchased directly from the venue.
Dolphin Encounter Experience is subject to change given prevailing weather conditions.
Guests must inform the guide in prior of any dietary restrictions for the complimentary refreshments provided as part of the VIP experience.
Children aged 4 and above only can access the Aquarist Lab experience.

Guests below 21 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (21 years old and above) to authorize participation.
Children below 12 years who have met the height requirement of 110cm must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant.
Guests must be in swimming attire and footwear upon arrival at Dolphin Island.
