Ensure you wear comfortable, closed-toe footwear and bring a refillable water bottle.
Kindly note that there is no storage available for strollers or large bags on the bus or at the booking office. It's best to leave them in your car or your hotel room.
Pick-up services are provided from selected locations. Contact the local tour operator at +61 5655 0716 at least 24 hours before your departure to arrange pick-up.
All individuals under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or older.
Southern Cross Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary due to road closures, weather conditions, supplier issues, or other operational circumstances.
Alternate vehicles may be substituted if a Southern Cross vehicle is not available.
The duration of the tour is approximate and is calculated based on the tour commencing and concluding at the Aquaduck booking office in Surfers Paradise.
In case there are insufficient passengers to meet the tour requirements, there is a chance of cancellation after confirmation. If this occurs, you will be given a different option or a full refund.
