Essentials to Bring

• Children under 2 years old can join at no cost but need to have a valid identification document (e.g., passport) for age verification.

Prohibited Items

• No alcoholic beverages or strongly scented food allowed on board to ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers.

• For safety reasons, individuals under the influence, expectant mothers, and elderly passengers are not permitted to board.

• Pets are welcome onboard if they are in a carrier, sling bag, or travel cage (only small dogs allowed).

• Strictly no smoking or drinking on the yacht or boat for everyone's safety.

Accessibility Information

• This activity is not accessible for wheelchairs or prams/strollers.

• Guests with limited physical mobility may find this experience challenging.

Additional Details

• Guests under 19 years old must be accompanied by a guardian and are not allowed to consume alcohol. Boarding may be refused without a guardian present.

• Changes in boarding status and route may occur due to weather conditions or the Rainbow Fountain Show schedule.

• Basic beverages and snacks are available for purchase in the waiting area.

• Storage facilities are provided at the venue. Please inquire with the staff regarding pricing.

• Yacht capacity: up to 31 passengers, limousine boat capacity: up to 11 passengers.
