What You Need to Bring

Remember to bring your passport for identification purposes and your booking confirmation to collect your physical ticket at the E-land Ticket Office.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the boarding process. Boarding passes are distributed 5 minutes before departure.

Prohibited Items

Kindly note that pets are not allowed on the cruise.

Accessibility Details

Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted onboard due to ship regulations. However, they can be stored in designated areas at the dock before boarding. Foldable items can be brought on board after folding.

Additional Tips

Operating hours for the cruise and specific activities may be subject to change or cancellation based on weather conditions. In such cases, you will receive notification via email.
The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show runs from April to October and may be canceled unexpectedly due to weather or city conditions.
During weekends and the April Spring Flower Festival, traffic congestion is common. It is advisable to utilize public transportation to avoid delays.
If you encounter difficulties boarding due to parking or traffic issues, please note that reservations cannot be altered or refunded.
The Sunset Cruise sets sail at 6pm (Feb–Oct) and 5pm (Nov–Jan). For sunset views from May to September, consider booking the 7pm Moonlight Music Cruise.
Complimentary parking is offered at Yeouido Parking Lot 1, although availability may be limited during peak periods.

To ensure a smooth experience, please be at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time.
Present the voucher on your phone along with a valid ID when you reach the meeting point.
