Remember that outside food and beverages are not allowed on board during the tour.
Note that motorized or oversized wheelchairs may not be suitable for ramps and boats during the tour.

The Architecture River Tour dock at Navy Pier is wheelchair accessible, but only for narrow-base wheelchairs.
Keep in mind that the Michigan Avenue dock is not accessible for wheelchairs.
Some boats have restrooms on lower decks that may not be accessible due to the absence of elevators.
Expect open-air upper decks with minimal weather protection during the tour.

Life jackets are provided and will only be distributed in case of an emergency.
Rest assured that all tours adhere to local, state, and federal health and safety protocols.
Most boats feature double-deckers, some with partial overhead cover, and a few with no cover at all.
Restrooms are conveniently available onboard for your comfort.
Light snacks and beverages can be purchased onboard for your enjoyment.
Feel free to bring your leashed dogs along as they are welcome on board.
