For safety reasons, cameras, GoPros, and recording devices are not allowed on the raft.
Avoid bringing personal rafting attire; all necessary gear will be supplied.
No spectators are permitted on the river due to its remote location and challenging terrain.
Individuals who cannot swim, are pregnant, or have heart conditions (except controlled blood pressure with medication) are not allowed to participate.
Non-English speakers must be accompanied by a translator to join the experience.
It's recommended not to bring valuables to the activity.
Guests under 13 years of age and weighing below 40kg (88.18lb) or above 118kg (260.15lb) are restricted from participating for safety reasons.
The rafting experience may not be fully wheelchair accessible.
People who are pregnant or have back, cardiac, or other serious medical conditions should refrain from participating.
All participants should be able to swim 25m unaided and have moderate fitness levels.
A waiver form must be signed by all participants before the activity.
Follow the guides' instructions attentively throughout the experience.
Trips are subject to weather, river conditions, and water temperature; the operator may modify or cancel routes for safety purposes.
Portages may be necessary based on water level changes.
You can wear glasses and sunglasses with a secure sports strap.
Facilities such as hot showers, toilets, and lockers are available at the Rafting Base.
While safety measures are in place, rafting activities inherently involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
The operator reserves the right to refuse participation or alter/cancel trips due to river, road, or weather conditions for the safety of all guests.
