Refunds are exclusively processed at JR-WEST Ticket Offices within JR-WEST stations, excluding non-JR-WEST offices and bus stations.
ICOCA Cards are accepted for transactions on trains, vending machines, coin lockers, convenience stores, and dining outlets.
Remember, the ICOCA IC Card is only valid for purchases and rides within the specified coverage area.
Top up your ICOCA IC Card using cash (JPY) exclusively; credit or debit cards are not accepted for this purpose.
