Ticket delivery and entry

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the redemption point to exchange the tickets.
• You can redeem your tickets at any one of the following redemption counters:
• Redeem your ticket at Hana Tour Kansai Airport Counter.
• Address: 1st Floor, Kansai International Airport Terminal 1, Senshukukonaka, Tajiri, Sennan District, Osaka 549-0011, Japan.
• Landmark: Near Exit F, 1st floor. There is a Lawson nearby.

2 ticket types are sold: 2-Day Osaka Metro Tourist Pass and 1-Day Osaka Metro Tourist Pass. Each has its own price and availability, shown on this page when you pick a date.

What is not included in the Osaka Metro 1 or 2-Day ticket?

Not included: Osaka City Bus to IKEA Tsuruhama, Universal Studio Japan, Airport, On-demand and Hankyu lines, Kita-Osaka Kyuko lines, and Kintetsu lines that operate direct service with Osaka Metro.

Can I cancel Osaka Metro 1 or 2-Day tickets?

No. This ticket is non-refundable once booked, so it cannot be cancelled for a refund and no partial refund is given for unused entry. Check the date and ticket type before paying.

Do I need to print Osaka Metro 1 or 2-Day tickets?

No. This is a mobile ticket, so the confirmation on your phone is accepted at entry. No printing and no voucher exchange is required unless the confirmation says otherwise.
