- No photography or video recording (with or without flash) is allowed after sunset during the Penguin Parade to ensure the penguins' safety.
- All Phillip Island Nature Parks facilities are cashless—only contactless payments are accepted.
- Smoking, pets, animals, and drones are not permitted during this experience.

Extra details to note
- Visitors can bring certified assistance animals but must keep them on designated paths and under control with a harness or lead.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
- During the Penguin Parade, expect the penguins to arrive at sunset, typically between 8:30-9pm in summer, 7-8pm in autumn, 5:15-6pm in winter, and 6:30-8pm in spring.
- All proceeds contribute to conservation, research, and wildlife rescue efforts at Phillip Island.
- Note: On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, both Churchill Island and the Koala Conservation Sanctuary will open 2 hours later than usual, at 12pm. If you’re planning a morning visit, kindly adjust your schedule accordingly.
