• This experience is unsuitable for pregnant women, individuals with mobility issues, recent surgery patients, uncertified divers, babies under 1 year, or those above 95 years of age.
• Wheelchair access is not available for this experience.

• Missing your pickup will result in missing the tour, with no refund provided.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for snowmobile driving. If you don't have one, you can opt for a scenic sledge ride instead.
• Children under 15 years can ride as snowmobile passengers if they are at least 140 cm tall and have been booked at the adult rate; otherwise, they will ride in a sledge behind the guide.
• Two individuals will typically share one snowmobile unless a single snowmobile add-on is purchased for odd-numbered groups.
• Keep in mind that the visibility of the Northern Lights, being a natural phenomenon, cannot be guaranteed.
