Ensure you dress warmly with suitable under-layers, socks, hats, and gloves. While cold weather gear like thermal overalls, boots, gloves, helmets, and balaclavas will be provided, it's wise to come prepared.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during the experience.
Driving a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions or other significant medical issues.
Avoid bringing large bags or suitcases for your convenience during the activity.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license to operate a snowmobile.
If you are staying in Rovaniemi city center, please make your way to the office at Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi, as city center pickups are not provided.
For accommodations outside the city center, hotel pickups are available for an extra fee if located 10 km or more from the center. Pick-up times will be confirmed via email and typically start 10–60 minutes before the activity begins.
In the event of an accident, the snowmobile driver is responsible for damages up to €1000 per person.
Two adults will share a snowmobile unless a single driving supplement is purchased for an additional cost.
While cold weather clothing will be supplied, it's recommended to dress appropriately for the winter conditions.
Cancellation fees are applicable: 100% if canceled within 24 hours of the event, 50% if within 7 days, and 10% if within 365 days of the event.
