• Passengers must download the Global Ballooning Mobile App and log in using their Booking ID and Last Name.
• Check the app around 6:00 PM the night before your flight for status updates and your precise meeting time.
• Participants must be at least 6 years old; children aged 6–12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Dress in warm, hiking-style clothing with sturdy shoes, and bring a hat, sunglasses, and a water bottle.
• Consult a doctor for pre-existing medical conditions (including pregnancy), as smoking and dangerous goods are strictly prohibited.
• If Melbourne transfers are booked, the designated drop-off point is the Pullman Melbourne On The Park in East Melbourne.
