Select your preferred language for the guided experience from English, German, French, or Spanish. The tour accommodates up to 20 participants at once, with the option for a semi-private tour with less than 10 guests.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 20 individuals per tour.
Avoid using flash photography, lighting, or selfie sticks within the premises.
Large bags or suitcases are not allowed inside the museum; however, complimentary lockers are provided for smaller items.
Remember that items larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm are prohibited.
Once you exit, re-entry is not permitted.
Tickets can also be bought directly from the venue, starting at 22€ for a designated time slot, subject to availability. These tickets are non-transferable and cannot be altered, refunded, or resold.
By selecting a timed entry ticket, you can choose a convenient time slot and skip the long ticket queues. Plan for a 10 to 15-minute security check before commencing your visit.
Make sure to meet your guide before the scheduled departure time, as late arrivals will not be accommodated.
