Before Your Trip

Essential Details

• Starting 15 Feb 2020, the box meal will be replaced with a meal voucher, redeemable at the Canyon upon arrival.
• For guest safety, individual body weights must be provided at booking. Guests over 250 pounds (114 kilos) may need an extra comfort seat.
• The selected time slot is for flight departure, not hotel pick-up. Pick-up occurs 1.5-2 hours before the flight, varying by hotel.
• All tour guests must carry a government ID.
• Children under 2 years old travel free; please carry age proof.
• Seat assignments are based on weight distribution for flight balance.
• You can bring sealed water bottles on board but cannot open them during the flight.
• Wear layered clothing from March to Sept and winter attire from Oct to mid-March. Sneakers or hiking boots are recommended.
• Avoid selfie sticks and extended camera poles near the aircraft.
• Bags are not allowed on flights; use cloakrooms at the terminal.
• Tours are subject to weather conditions; rescheduling or refunds may apply in bad weather.
• No personal items or cameras are permitted on the Skywalk.
