Accessibility Details

• Our buses are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
• Ramps and elevators are provided on the buses for convenient boarding.
• We warmly welcome guide dogs on board.

Additional Details

• Your furry companions are allowed onboard if they are safely secured in an appropriate transport box placed near your knees.
• Children under 4 years can join for free with a required ticket. They are recommended to sit on an adult's lap during the tour.
• Your tickets are valid for any day before the scheduled tour date. Please note they cannot be used if the first day of travel has passed.
• Cruises depart every 45 minutes from 10:45am to 6:30pm from Port de Suffren (Eiffel Tower) and last for 60 minutes each.
