Pick up your Roma Pass at any Tourist Infopoint post online purchase. Simply fill in your details on the provided form for instant activation.
Your pass activates automatically on your first museum visit or public transport use. Remember to validate it on public transport by tapping on the contactless reader, even if you initially used it at a museum.
Validity:
Activated Pass: Enjoy 48 or 72 hours of access starting from your first use. Whether you kick off at an attraction or on public transport, your pass validity begins then.
Non-activated Pass: If not yet activated, your Roma Pass remains valid for six months from the purchase date, giving you flexibility to plan your Rome adventure at your own pace.
Remember, simply making reservations won't activate your pass. Your pass gets activated once you visit your first attraction or use public transport for the first time.
Some attractions require advance reservations, so make sure to check your post-booking voucher for specific instructions.
Each attraction can be visited only once with your pass.
Information about where to collect your city card and addresses will be provided after booking.
Please note that the Vatican Museums, including the renowned Sistine Chapel, are not covered by this pass.
