Your pass activates automatically upon initial use, whether at a museum or on public transport. If used at a museum first, ensure to validate the pass on your first public transport journey by tapping it on the contactless reader.
Validity details:
Activated passes: Your pass remains valid for 72 hours from activation, starting with your first use at an attraction or during transportation, based on your selection.
Non-activated passes: Validity extends for 12 months from the purchase date for future use.
Kindly note that simply making reservations does not activate your pass. Your pass becomes active when you visit your first attraction or use public transport for the first time.
Advance reservations are necessary for certain attractions, and availability may vary. Refer to your post-booking voucher for specific instructions.
Each attraction can be visited only once using your pass.
Even if you activate your pass at a museum, remember to validate it during your first public transport ride by tapping it on the contactless reader's black circle.
Children below 10 years old can travel on public transport for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
