Activate your pass when you use it for the first time. From that moment, you have 30 days to explore the other attractions on your list.
You don't have to pre-select attractions. Browse through all 39 options on the app, pick as you go, and mark any attractions requiring reservations to secure your spot. Reduced rates are available for kids aged 3-12 (bring photo ID); children under 3 usually enter for free.
You can cancel unused passes for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once you've scanned your pass to start using it, refunds and date changes are not possible.
Exclusions from the pass coverage include meals, tips, public transportation to and from attractions, parking charges, and extras like VIP upgrades or photo packages.
Upon completing your purchase, expect to receive an email containing your Go Card Chicago Pass confirmation.
For easy access, either download the pass on your mobile device or print it out at your convenience. Present your voucher at any of the included attractions to enjoy complimentary entry.
