Easy Activation Process
Simply exchange your e-ticket for a physical pass at any designated redemption point. Detailed instructions will be provided via email upon completion of your booking.
For certain attractions, advance booking may be necessary. Remember to ensure that your pass is valid on the day of your reservation.
Validity: Your pass remains valid until December 31, 2025, before activation. Once you visit your first attraction, the pass becomes active and remains valid for the selected number of 24-hour periods. For instance, if you opt for a 72-hour pass and visit your first attraction on a Monday at 3 pm, your pass will be valid for the next 72 hours, until 3 pm on Thursday.
Each card grants one-time access to an attraction.
The pass is non-transferable.

Upon booking, you will instantly receive an email containing your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation e-voucher. Simply present this e-voucher at any ticket redemption point to exchange it for physical tickets.

To collect your tickets, visit any Tourist information office from 8:30am to 8:30pm (unless stated otherwise). Head to one of the following locations:
Plaça Catalunya: 17, Basement.
Aeroport de Barcelona: Airport terminals T1, T2, and metro lobby L9
Mirador de Colom: Plaça Portal de la Pau, s/n.
Plaça Espanya: Plaça Espanya, s/n - Avinguda Maria Cristina (November-June: 9am to 6pm; July-September: 8:30am to 7:30pm).
Sagrada Familia: Plaça de la Sagrada Família (November-June: 9am to 3pm; July-September: 8:30am to 7:30pm).
