Upon booking, download the Go City app to optimize your pass usage. Simply follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email to synchronize your pass.
While most attractions do not require reservations, some do. Keep an eye out for the "reservations required" tag on the Go City app. Click on the attraction for booking details.
Your pass will activate automatically once you visit your first attraction.
Pass Validity:
Pre-Activation: Your pass remains valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Post-Activation: You have a 30-day window after the first use to explore the remaining attractions included in your pass.
Your Explorer Pass is personalized for your individual use and cannot be transferred or used by others.
Although you're not required to select specific attractions in advance with the pass purchase, certain sites may need reservations ahead of time. To ensure a seamless visit, it's advisable to check the official websites of attractions before your scheduled trip.
