Prior to your visit to the Churaumi Aquarium, you must exchange your mobile voucher for a physical ticket at Umakiji market.
Your voucher remains valid for use before the selected date and time, up to the chosen dates.
Upon collection at Umakiji market, your physical ticket is usable for 7 days.
In the event of severe weather conditions, the aquarium may close. To be prepared, check the Churaumi Aquarium website a day in advance for closure updates and potential refunds.
Kindly refrain from bringing food, beverages, or selfie sticks into the aquarium.
