Accessibility Details

The location is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. However, the elephant mud fun experience area is not wheelchair-friendly.

Additional Details

Children under 120cm are restricted from entering the mud fun area.
Please note that there is no babysitting service provided. Children must remain unattended in the restaurant during the elephant mud activity.

For Bookings with Hotel Transfers

Be at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Show your voucher and photo ID to the tour driver before departure.
Hotel pickups are available from Sanur, Ubud, Sukawati area (07:00 AM) and Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa (06:30 AM).
Your pick-up time will be confirmed beforehand. Please allow for possible delays due to shared transfers.
If staying at an Airbnb, provide the nearest hotel address. You'll be picked up from a hotel close to your Airbnb host's location.

For Bookings without Hotel Transfers
