Ray Bay Encounter
Only contactless payments are accepted at Resorts World Sentosa; cash payments are not allowed.
No outside food or drinks are permitted in Adventure Cove Waterpark, except for baby food, special dietary items, and formulas.
Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
Strict dress code: Certain items like diapers, undergarments, jeans, jackets, and clothes with buttons or zippers are not permitted.
Personal strollers and wheelchairs are welcome at Adventure Cove Waterpark, designed with barrier-free access in mind.
Height requirements are in place for safety at certain rides; please check signage at each attraction.
Tubes are available for select attractions, and guests can use personal flotation jackets at Bluwater Bay or the Adventure River.
Re-entry requires a valid handstamp and admission ticket.
In case of severe weather with lightning, outdoor attractions at Adventure Cove Waterpark may temporarily close for guest and team member safety.
Personal Flotation Jackets are mandatory for Rainbow Reef; restrictions apply to the use of personal flotation devices on specific slides and attractions.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor showers, ATMs, food carts, and locker rentals.
Ray Bay Encounter
All participants must sign health declaration and indemnity forms on-site before experiencing Ray Bay Encounter. Participants under 21 require a parent or legal guardian (age 21 or above) present to sign the forms.
Child participants need to be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian (age 21 or above) in the water, with a maximum of 3 children per adult.
