Your adventure kicks off at the main entrance of the Singapore Oceanarium, where our welcoming team will guide you through ticket validation and ensure a seamless entry process. Upon entry, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the day's agenda and be directed to your preferred programs or exhibits.
Exploration of Singapore Oceanarium
Delight in unrestricted exploration of the Oceanarium's 22 immersive themed zones and a diverse range of marine displays. Immerse yourself in captivating exhibitions showcasing marine biodiversity, conservation efforts, and cutting-edge interactive experiences.
Engaging with Dolphins (based on chosen option)
Select from various dolphin interaction programs tailored to different comfort levels:
Dolphin Exploration (30 mins): Experience an up-close and educational dolphin encounter by the poolside without getting wet.
Dolphin Immersion (60 mins): Delve into a more profound interaction by entering the water to touch, feed, and play with the dolphins under expert supervision.
Dolphin Connection (60 mins): Elevate your adventure by swimming and snorkeling alongside dolphins in a specially crafted lagoon.
Dolphin Observer Experience: Ideal for companions! Observe your loved ones engage in the dolphin programs from a designated viewing area.
For the Dolphin Connection & Immersion experiences, ensure you have appropriate swimwear and footwear. Wetsuits will be supplied during the activity. For the Dolphin Exploration, proper footwear is necessary upon arrival at the Marine Mammal Habitat.
Remember to bring personal toiletries and a towel for your showering needs.
With the exception of infant formula, outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Avoid bringing motorized or wheeled mobility devices like skate-scooters, bicycles, or Segways. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are permitted based on terms and conditions.
Guests are not permitted entry if wearing full-face masks, helmets, or any headgear obscuring the entire face.
Feel free to take photographs (without flash) and videos at the Singapore Oceanarium, excluding the Marine Mammal Habitat. Bags are subject to inspection before entry.
All public areas at the Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible. However, certain support areas may have restrictions for guests with mobility needs due to stairs and lack of ramps.
For everyone's safety, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not allowed in support areas. The Dolphin programs are inclusive of non-swimmers.
Dolphin Connection: Participants must be at least 13 years old on or after the program date.
Dolphin Immersion: Minimum age is 4 years with a height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years, with a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult.
Dolphin Exploration: Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years, with a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult.
Dolphin Observer: Reserved for guests accompanying participants in the Dolphin programs; entry is not allowed without a corresponding ticket.
Participants under 18 years must have a parent/legal guardian above 21 years present to complete and sign the Release and Indemnity Form.
Remember to get your hand stamp and keep your ticket for same-day re-entry.
