Essential information to note before your visit

Accessibility details:

While prams and strollers are not allowed in enclosures, they are permitted on the pathways for your convenience.
Regrettably, individuals using wheelchairs may not access the interior of enclosures due to limitations.
For guests with mobility challenges, there are a few steps that may necessitate assistance. A wheelchair-accessible restroom is provided for convenience.

Additional important notes:

For safety reasons, children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult or guardian.
These tours involve walking only; no alternative transportation is available. It is advisable to wear durable, flat, enclosed shoes suitable for potential dirt.
Ponchos are recommended over umbrellas and can be purchased on-site if needed.
Don't forget to bring extra camera batteries to capture memorable moments.
The sanctuary strictly prohibits smoking within its premises.
Unfortunately, guide dogs are not permitted inside the sanctuary.
No additional fee is required for photography during encounters. Please note that photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform the guide or staff.
Flash photography is restricted as per the keeper's instructions.
Any animal interactions are subject to staff discretion and must be initiated by the animal itself.
