For a more personalized experience, each Whipray Encounter group is limited to a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 2 participants.
For safety reasons, guests under 10 years old are not allowed to join the Whipray Encounter.
The Whipray Encounter session starts daily at 3:30 pm.
If your child is under 16, make sure to have parental consent before they can participate in the encounter.
We recommend wearing easy-to-remove shoes and avoiding long trousers for your comfort.
If you plan to move in and out of the park during the day, wrist passes are available at the ticket counter.
