Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on this adventure due to venue restrictions. However, guide dogs are permitted at the zoo.

For safety purposes, certain items like straws, balloons, skateboards, skates, bicycles, scooters, radios, glass containers, fireworks, balls, and frisbees are not permitted.
Feeding animals is not allowed throughout the zoo, except in specific areas like the giraffe feeding station or the parrot feeding zones.
This experience is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
Zoo Miami provides wheelchair and Electronic Convenience Vehicle rentals.
To secure equipment availability, especially on busy days, it is advisable to reserve strollers and wheelchairs (both manual and motorized) ahead of your visit.

Daytime admission does not cover Zoo Lights entry.
Exploring the zoo typically takes 4-5 hours. If you prefer not to walk, safari cycle rentals are offered for an extra fee.
Oversized bags, backpacks, coolers, and luggage are allowed but may be inspected at the entrance.
