While the saunas offer dry heat therapy, the steam bathhouses within the Saunarium provide a rejuvenating experience with moist heat, promoting skin cleansing, blood pressure reduction, enhanced circulation, and deep relaxation. Following your sauna session, cool down in the various water features like the cooling barrel, icefall, jacuzzi pool, or sulfide water barrel. For prolonged relaxation, step into the salt chamber, a sanctuary constructed entirely of salt blocks known for its ability to eliminate respiratory irritants. Additionally, unwind in the salt cave, a tranquil space with a cascading water feature, before enjoying nutritious meals at the Sauna Bar.

The Highlander’s Cottage sauna is only operational during specific events like the Ladies’ Sauna Bathing session.
