Ensure your phone's compatibility with nano, micro, or standard SIM card sizes before purchase.
Verify that your phone is unlocked to use the SIM card; locked phones are incompatible.
The SIM card activation period is 24 hours, counting from the moment of activation. For instance, a 5-day SIM card activated on Aug 1 at 3pm will expire on Aug 6 at 3pm.
Data usage resets daily at midnight, respecting the 3 GB limit.
Incoming calls and texts are complimentary across all plans.
Each passport holder can purchase up to 3 SIM cards.
For additional outgoing call and text services, consider the Data + Voice + Text package at an extra cost, exclusive to iPhone and Samsung users, available during SIM card collection.
