Prohibited Items

• Leave behind camera gear, tripods, selfie sticks, and GoPro cameras as they are not allowed in Ruakari Cave.
• Participants must be aged between 12 and 45kg, excluding those over 130kg. Smoking, food, drinks, and pets are also prohibited inside the cave.

• This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users, those with mobility challenges, individuals with back or neck issues, or guests lacking moderate fitness levels.
