Please refrain from bringing large backpacks or luggage when entering the Colosseum. Similarly, Vatican Museums restrict items such as suitcases, backpacks, umbrellas, and signage.
Arrival Guidelines: Be punctual at both the morning and afternoon tour meeting spots. For an 8 am Vatican tour, reach the Colosseum meeting point by 12:55 pm. For a 9 am Vatican tour, arrive at the Colosseum by 1:40 pm.
In case of unexpected closures within the Museums, the guide may need to adjust the schedule slightly.
While you can explore St. Peter’s Basilica independently, your guide cannot accompany you inside due to direct access restrictions from the Vatican Museum.
