Most attraction queues do not allow strollers, but each ride offers a designated stroller parking spot near the entrance.
Trained service animals are allowed in the park at all times.
For guests using mobility aids, boarding requirements and accommodations vary for each ride. If you can transfer to the ride seat independently or with help, you're good to go.
Remember, the Express Pass is an add-on and does not include theme park admission. You'll need a separate theme park ticket to use the pass.
Each two-day express pass allows one guest to skip standard lines once per ride at selected attractions across all three Universal Orlando parks. The pass is valid for two days within a five-day period from your chosen date.
Lockers are available in the parks for a fee and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by someone aged 14 or older who meets all ride requirements.
